開催概要

DroidKaigiは、エンジニアが主役のAndroidカンファレンスです。Android開発者有志による実行委員会が主催し、Android技術情報の共有とコミュニケーションを目的に開催します。

Androidの利用シーンは多岐に渡り、一人ではとてもカバーしきれません。カンファレンスを通して業界全体で知見を共有し、より良いソフトウェア開発に繋げていきたいです。

受付方法

会場が2つに分かれている都合上、時間帯によって受付場所が異なります。

2/18,19両日
9:00-11:00：70周年記念講堂 受付ロビー
11:00-16:30：南4号館2階

会場内では受付で配布する名札を必ずご着用ください。

当日は混雑が予想されます。受付では以下の通りお願いいたします。

参加者の方は印刷か端末画面にて受付票を提示ください
学生の方は端末票に加えて学生証を必ずお持ちください。

※受付票をお持ちでない方や学生証を忘れた場合は入場できません。ご了承ください。
※10時までの時間帯は混雑が予想されますので、お早めにお越しください。
※画面提示される場合は混雑緩和のため、必ず画面を開いた状態で列にお並びください。

参加登録についての注意事項

• CFP応募者の方は早期割引相当の枠を確保していますので、connpassでの登録はしないでください。後日個別にメールで連絡させていただきます。
• 万が一キャンセルされた場合でもチケット代金の返金はいたしかねます。
• 参加登録にはpaypalアカウントが必要です。あらかじめご用意ください。
• 支払い先のpaypalアカウント paypal@droidkaigi.jp の名義は「藤崎 友樹」になります。

その他注意事項

• 写真の撮影を予定しています。撮影した写真はイベントのPR等の目的でネットに掲載する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 当日はプレス取材が入る予定です。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 軽食のご用意がありますが、なくなってしまったらごめんなさい。
• インターネット接続環境の提供を行っておりません。各自ネットワークに接続できる環境をご持参頂きますようお願い致します。
• コンセントの用意はございますが設備の関係からすべての席にはございません。またコンセントによってはMacのアダプタを直接差し込めない形状のものもありますので、収まりの良い形状のプラグをご用意いただけると、より多くの方が充電できます。

DroidKaigi is a conference tailored for developers. For 2016, we will schedule sessions for 2 days, on 18th and 19th February 2016.

Notes on Registration

• Since CFP applicants are already secured tickets and early discounts, do not register in connpass. You will be contacted individually at a later date via email.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• The Registration requires a paypal account. Please prepare in advance.
• Payments are made to paypal@droidkaigi.jp. "Fujisaki Yuki" will display as the account name for that email.

Reception Desk Instructions

Reception location will be different depending on the hours.

For both February 18th and February 19th, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM：Reception Lobby, 70th Anniversary Auditorium 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM：2nd Floor, Ookayama South Bldg. 4

The name tag will be handed to you at the reception. During the event, please be sure to put a name tag on you and make it visible.

We expect the reception will be crowded on the day, so please follow these instructions.

Participants are required to show their registration tickets at the reception desk. Tickets can be printed or displayed on a phone. Students are required to show their ID cards to identify your affiliations.

• Important: Those whithout tickets and/or student ID cards may not attend this event.
• Reception would be crowded until 10:00 AM, you might want to come early.
• Make sure to display your ticket before reaching out to somebody at the reception.

Other notes

• Photos will be taken during the event. Be aware that by registering to and participating in the event, you must agree on the use of theses in our promotion materials.
• Press is expected to cover the event.
• Snacks and beverages will be served. Sorry if they are all gone too soon.
• We do not provide Internet access. If you need one, you need to set up or bring the accessible environment.
• We do have power supplies, but their numbers are limited. Also shape of power supplies may not fit power adapters, especially Mac adapters; hence, it is recommended to bring attachment that helps fitting.
