イベント内容

EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 is all about a healthy lifestyle. What we do every day matters, especially when it is motivated by self-love because "change starts with me." When we have a self-care practice, we are better able to take care of others, as a parent, an adult child, or a professional caretaker and in any situation. When we are well, we can really enjoy the moments that matter, in all our relationships.

EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 starts March 14 with MarketPlace + Talks, followed by Evening Events series, 360 Wellness Conference, and an Equinox Celebrations Party. (Tickets sold separately on Peatix). Visit www.EatMoveLove.sg for full details on this 360 Wellness event.

HEALTH + TECHNOLOGY

In this evening session, we introduce three technologies - bioresonance (TimeWaver), neurofeedback, and HeartMath®.

TimeWaver

Some call it potential information and some call it the morphogenetic field or collective consciousness. From quantum physicists to biologists like Rupert Sheldrake and psychologists such as CG Jung, we are understanding that there is more than just the physical plane. The TimeWaver is designed to give access to this information that lies beneath the material surface.

Speaker | Antoinette Biehlmeier, Inner Dynamics www.InnerDynamicsMap.com

Antoinette's customized sessions support her clients' healing, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. She uses a variety of tools, including Nutripuncture, Regression Therapy, Singing Bowls Therapy, and Jin Shin Jyutsu®, when working with clients, to discover who they are and what their purpose is in life. She has found the TimeWaver to be an amazing technology that is safe and effective and looks forward to sharing it with the public.

Neurofeedback

Dynamical Neurofeedback is an effective, safe, and gentle way of training the brain and improving its performance. Without pushing the brain in any one direction, Dynamical Neurofeedback works by leveraging the brain's ability to learn, self-organise, and self-regulate.

Repeated Dynamical Neurofeedback training sessions result in a brain that is more flexible and resilient. Brain flexibility refers to the brain's ability to quickly and appropriately respond to changes in one's environment while resilience is the brain's ability to bounce back from a negative event. Brain fitness is the combination of both brain flexibility and resilience.

Speaker | Dennis Lee, Clarity & Focus www.ClaritynFocus.com

Dennis is an Advanced Certified NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Trainer. He is passionate about neurofeedback and is committed to sharing with the general public the virtues of this effective and safe exercise regime. He has helped numerous individuals improve their quality of life and their performance in school, work, and sports, and to achieve contentment and mental well-being. His clientele includes children with special needs, adults looking to maintain their mental acuity and slow the effects of brain aging, students of all grades, executive, professionals, athletes, and professional sportspersons.

Heartmath

The Institute of HeartMath Research Centre is a recognized leader for their research in the areas of stress-management, emotional physiology, resilience, and optimal performance. The body of findings and their practical applications in the corporate workplace, law enforcement, military, and education are impressive. What has been highlighted is the heart rate variability being the most reflective of our stress level and emotional states. Over the years, they have fine-tuned self-regulations tools and techniques that help bring on positive emotional states. It has been shown that positive emotions such as appreciation have a regenerative and rejuvenating effect on the body. With HeartMath tools, we can learn to build our capacity to respond, adapt, and recover from stress and challenging situations. We also increase coherence in the patterns of heart rate variability, which induces shifts in our ability to deal with stress.

In this presentation, HeartMath® Certified Trainer Sandra Tonkinson will share self-regulation techniques and give a demo on the emWave®.

Speaker | Sandra Tonkinson, Jupiter Circle + What Therapy
